Punjab Temples Yatra

    Day 1) Delhi to Amritsar

On arrival welcome by our representative at International Airport or Railway station. After lunch visit to wagha border ceremony which 30 K.ms far from the Amritsar city and famous for Flag lowering ceremony between India and Pakistan. Back to the Hotel.

    Day 2) Amritsar

Morning visit to the Golden temple which most beautiful temple of the Sikh people and it is specially famous for its nectar water pool where thousands of people visit here to have dip in this holy water pool. After that visit to the Jalianwala bagh which just 50 meters far from the Golden temple, and it has terrible history of massacre of innocent people of Punjab brutally killed by British Brigadier Reginald Dayer. Visit to Durgiana temple, Lal devi temple and King Ranjeet singh Panorama. Over night at Hotel.

    Day 3) Amritsar – Tarn Taran sahib- Khadur sahib – Goindwal sahib.

After morning Breakfast, drive to Sri Tarn-taran sahib which 43 k.ms far from the Amritsar. It was founded by Fifth master of Sikhism Guru Arjun Dev Ji in 1596, there was small pond converted into big pool larger than golden temple pool. It’s water has Healing power to cure Leprosy diseases or any kind of skin disease .

    Khadur sahib

is the sacred village where Guru Angad the second Master lived for 13 years, spreading the universal message of Guru Nanak. Here he introduced Gurmukhi Lipi, wrote the first Gurmukhi Primer, established the first Sikh school and prepared the first Gutka of Guru Nanak Sahib’s Bani. It is the place where the first Mal Akhara, for wrestling, was established and where regular campaigns against intoxicants and social evils were started by Guru Angad. The Stately Gurdwara here is known as The Guru Angad Dev Gurdwara.

    Goindwal sahib

This is the first sikh pligrimage which was prepared under the supervision of SHRI GURU AMAR DAS JI in year 1616 AD. GURU SAHIB then blessed this holy place and decreed that whosoever does 84 paaths of JAPJI SAHIB with a pure heart and baths in the BAOLI SAHIB shall be freed from the cycle of birth and death. SHRI GURU AMARDAS JI himself performed Seva of GURDWARA BAOLI SAHIB. After drive back to Amritsar

    Day 4) Amritsar to Chandigarh

Drive from Amritsar to chandigarh which 250 k.ms far and it takes 4-5 hours. Check into the Hotel after lunch visit to Rock Garden, Sukhna lake and Rose garden and evening do the shopping in 17 sector.

    Day 5) Chandigarh to Anandpur sahib. ( 84 K.ms)

Anand pur sahib has great history of sri Guru Gobind singh ji, Here Guru ji established the Creed of the Sikh warrior against Mugals on 13 April 1699. Tenth Master of the Sikhism Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave the baptism to the 5 disciples, and made them Lions of the Sikh Army. Back to the Chandigarh. Evening departure to the airport or railway station.
